This Application is for the sole purposes of Royal Care Creations, in finding out and learning more about our customers who have an interest in adopting a Miniature Schnauzer Puppy.

It is used by us to MASTER-MATCH, providing us with necessary information so that we can help you, the MASTER, in knowing the best ways for a puppy's transition into your lifestyle.

The information will also be used in our breeding records (a requirement of the AKC), for those purposes only, and will be treated as a confidential information not to be be sold or given to any individual, business or organization.
